This is the article body. In Wix it is written in the Blog editor, so the client keeps rich text, images, quotes and embedded video without touching the layout. The typographic rhythm here — a measured column, generous line height and clear subheadings — is what the Wix theme should replicate.
Start smaller than feels reasonable
Most attempts at change begin too big. A gentler approach asks: what is the smallest version of this that I could still do on a difficult day? Then it starts there, and lets the habit grow roots before it grows branches.
"Growth that lasts is rarely dramatic. It is usually quiet, repeated and kind."
Notice, then choose
Reflection is not about judging the day, but noticing it. Once noticed, a small choice becomes available. That choice — made again tomorrow — is the whole practice.
If you would like a structure for this, the free Intentional Living Starter Sheet in the Growth Hub is a good place to begin.
